RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please let us know and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

PAYMENT

Our online shop system uses Paypal (or visa) to process payments. Payment is due before the order can be completed. If cancelling a purchase please do so through paypal (only possible if the order has not already been shipped). We ship to verified addresses only.

SHIPPING

We ship everything with Canada Post, if you wish to upgrade your shipping to include tracking please contact us via email. All purchases will be mailed safely and speedily with recycled packing materials. After payment confirmation, items will be shipped with 1-3 business days. Please visit the Canada Post website for estimated arrival times.

International shipping is available; the buyer is responsible for all applicable customs fees and taxes.

Our flat rate shipping calculating system is sometimes inaccurate depending on the weight of the order, we will refund the difference in price if it exceeds $1. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs if the amount exceeds our estimate.

If we happen to be out of town when you place an order we will fulfill it as quickly as possible when we return. You will receive and email notification of our return date and expected shipping time.

FREE LOCAL PICKUP

If you live in Vancouver, BC and are able to pickup you can select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout which will remove all shipping costs. Once your payment goes through you’ll be contacted by erica@monikerpress.ca to book a pickup time slot.
