20.02.21

Very excited to be participating in Printed Matter’s Virtual Art Book Fair from February 24-28, 2021. We will be online “tabling” the whole weekend on a brand new web page designed by us for you to explore.

Moniker Press will be soft-launching two new publications with artists Bethlehem Mariam and Kimberly Edgar, both available for pre-order on the fair weekend.

Our table will also feature a digital exhibition walk-through of Quilt of Hope installed at Massy Books. And a virtual interactive take on our Collab Poster series which anyone can participate in!

Keep an eye on our social media next week for the active links!

Quilt of Hope
VANCOUVER ARTISTS FOR BLACK LIBERATION

Quilt of Hope serves as a call to action, and a renewal of our commitment to positively impact the communities we create in. This publication asks artists to consider their role in the movement, and what art expression has to teach us about radical activism. A collection of voices, the Quilt of Hope shares the perspectives of 25 practicing artists across the Lower Mainland who have responded to the question, “What is the role of artists in dismantling anti-Black racism?”
